LMB was founded in 2011 in order to offer to customers the additional service of parts’ mechanical machining.

More than 20 people are employed in the company, which can carry out different types of mechanical machining (as f. i. threading and turning operations etc.).

It is equipped with following machines:

• 1 CNC milling machine with 6 of pallets (MAZAK)

• 3 CNC lathes (MAZAK)

• 2 CNC lathes (HAAS)

• 1 working center with vertical axes with automatic loading of pallets

All machines are equipped with an automatic tool changer system.

LMB’s metrology lab grants precise controls on different features and parameters of machined pieces according to customers’ requirements. In fact, it is equipped with:

• Zeiss 3D measuring machine

• statistical process control software (Marposs)

• digital surface roughness tester
